Liposomes: a promising delivery system for active ingredients in food and nutrition

The target delivery of sensitive components to get the intended benefits is a challenge for global food industry. One principal strategies used boost individualized absorptivity, nutrient stability, and enhanced quality application liposomal systems in industry, which allows controlled release bioactive compounds. Lipid-oriented encapsulation such as liposomes are superior encapsulating components, increasing product solubility bioavailability, accurately targeting encapsulated content nutraceutical production. In this review, nature, composition, different methodologies preparation liposomes, Bangham Method, ethanol injection method, microfluidic channel freeze-drying method summarized. Moreover, crucial role delivering compounds cure health maladies has been emphasized.
